Designed to indulge your tribe within the opulent-yet-always-inviting surroundings of Hunter & Barrel Dubai and Abu Dhabi this New Year’s Eve, Chef Kamil has crafted a mouth-watering four-course set menu, featuring the very best of our standout steaks, seafood, and decadent desserts.

Say cheers to an exquisite evening with Hunter’s special welcome drink on arrival. Chef Kamil is then kicking things off with a tempting amuse-bouche of Yellow Fin Tuna Tartare Bruschetta, leading to a starter of Salmon Gravlax and Marinated Prawns, laid on a bed of avocado, asparagus and mesclun leaves and served with a glazed balsamic dressing.
Your final main course of 2023 is one to salivate over. Taste the chargrilled flavours Hunter & Barrel is famous for with our Angus Beef Fillet, glazed with our house basting and accompanied by a selection of seasonal roast vegetables, duchess potatoes and a foie gras truffle sauce. To finish, we’re serving up a creamy Mont Blanc and chestnut vermicelli purée which will make it impossible to skip dessert.
In addition to gathering with friends and sharing stories over the incredible taste of fire, diners spending New Year’s Eve at Hunter & Barrel can select from our vast collection of barrel-aged cocktails, craft beverages and premium drinks to keep the good times flowing. Book a terrace table at Hunter & Barrel Yas Bay and you will also be in prime position to see the sky alight with fireworks at the waterfront as we head into 2024.
