We’ve moved away from the classics (although the Cosmopolitan, Mai Tai, Martini and more still have a firm place in both Hunter & Barrel hearts and on our Beverage Menu!) and instead made the skill, artistry and emotiveness of ‘craft cocktails’ commonplace.
