Hunter & Barrel is celebrating New Year’s Eve with a series of exceptional set menus
available across our restaurants in Dubai’s Vida Hills and Expo 2020, and Yas Bay, Abu Dhabi.
As we near the end of our first wonderful year in the UAE – which is now home to three
unique Hunter & Barrel locations in Dubai and Abu Dhabi – Chef Kamil has crafted a three-
course New Year’s Eve menu for our guests to experience the very best of our standout
steaks, fire-cooked seafood and decadent desserts.
Available on December 31st only, Hunter & Barrel’s New Year’s Eve set menus vary slightly by location
Our New Year’s Eve set menus include the finest steak and seafood locally available. Kick the glittering evening off with a special welcome drink, starters include King Prawns Carpaccio or Fresh Lobster Carpaccio, sprinkled with fresh thyme leaves and baby shallots, drizzled with olive oil, citrus and avocado mousseline.
Your final meal of 2021 needs to make a mark, which is why main dishes on the Hunter & Barrel New Year’s Eve menus include coal-roasted Wagyu Beef Tenderloin at Vida Hills, Angus Rib-Eye 5+ at Dubai Expo and Wagyu Rib-Eye 5+ at Yas Bay – all served with truffle
mashed potatoes, roasted fennel, asparagus and smoked garlic and thyme butter.
All of our New Year’s Eve guests will welcome 2022 after indulging in Hunter & Barrel’s signature Mont-Blanc dessert – with its crunchy meringue base, oozing blackcurrant coulis and luscious chocolate sauce.
In addition to gathering with friends and sharing stories over the incredible taste of fire, diners spending New Year’s Eve at Hunter & Barrel can select from our vast collection of barrel-aged cocktails, craft beverages and premium drinks. Hunter & Barrel at Vida Hills restaurant will also play host to a live DJ to keep the good times flowing, while Hunter & Barrel at Expo 2020 and Hunter & Barrel at Yas Bay Waterfront can take in the fireworks and festivities right on their doorstep.
