It’s all change at the UAE’s best steakhouse this summer, as Chef Kamil and his multi award-winning team unveil a brand-new menu. But Hunter & Barrel devotees need not despair, as the exciting additions represent an expansion of the exceptional steaks, coal-roasted meats and freshest produce you know and love.
Yes, the sleek menu folders soon-to-be presented at Hunter & Barrel Vida Hills, Dubai and Hunter & Barrel Yas Bay, Abu Dhabi are bursting at the seams with classic and all-new
appetisers, salads, main meals from land and sea, fire-grilled skewers, burgers, and of
course a complete spectrum of the world’s finest beef cuts. We will also reveal a ‘Raw
Choice’ section for the first time ever, and one of the largest dessert selection’s you’ll find in
the Emirates!

Why was it time for a new Hunter & Barrel menu?
After the success of our launch menu, our next strategy was to offer daily specials at the
restaurants. We did this to engage our customers and keep things interesting, so they would be intrigued to try new dishes. These have been extremely successful, and so the time is right to make them part of a new menu.
How would you describe the direction of the new menu?
The new menu retains the Hunter & Barrel ethos of classic, yet contemporary dining. Our loyal fans will still find the dishes they know and love, with some exciting new creations, all centred around sharing great food with family and friends. It also continues our unique meat programme which includes new meat cuts, which we have introduced based on customer demand.
How does it differ from the previous Hunter & Barrel menu?
It is a lot bigger!
People have opinions when it comes to food! Has customer feedback played a part in the new menu?
100%! For any restaurant to stay relevant, it is essential to adapt and listen to what your customers are saying. We take this very, very seriously at Hunter & Barrel, and so for the new menu, feedback was of course critical in our selection process.

1,000+. Why is pricing so broad?
Meeting the budgets of all clients is so important to us at Hunter & Barrel. We have a variety of meat available, so we utilise this. We are not just aiming to meet the needs of one type of clientele, we want to reach as many food lovers in the UAE as possible.
