You’ll be feeling fruity from the very first dish with our starters of Tuna Mango Tartar –
fresh tuna with creamy avocado and mango mousse, sprinkled with sesame oil and fresh
herbs – or Lobster Croquette with green leaves, wild berries and a honey balsamic dressing.
Hunter’s charcoal-grilled Wagyu Beef Tenderloin or Angus Ribeye steaks take centre-stage
for the main course – partnered with caramelized beetroot, a fan of crispy Anna potatoes and rich gravy sauce.
